1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any part of the 1555 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. These terms form a binding agreement between you and 1555. 1555 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the 1555 platform, in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations on online gaming. All transactions on the 1555 platform are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set out on the Payment page, which may be updated from time to time. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible, and are subject to standard verification procedures. 1555 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. 5. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses and promotions offered on the 1555 platform are subject to their own specific terms, which are published on the Bonus page at the time the promotion is active. General conditions apply to all bonuses: they are availableto one per player per promotion period, unless stated otherwise. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash directly and are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. 1555 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, particularly where there is evidence of abuse or misuse of a promotional offer.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without our express written permission. The 1555 brand name and logo are trademarks of the platform and may not be used in connection with any product or service that could cause confusion or that disparages 1555. Unauthorised use of platform content may result in account suspension and legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

1555 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from betting outcomes. Technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or events outside our reasonable control may affect platform availability, and 1555 shall not be held responsible for resulting losses during such periods.
